# Hay Bale Maze

> Find your way through a new hay maze, with a pumpkin at the end.

A new maze of hay bales every day, the same one for every player. Walk the paths from the top corner to the pumpkin at the far end, and pick up the three apples hidden in the dead ends on the way. Each move carries you along the path to the next turn or crossing, so it's quick on a phone or a keyboard. Reaching the pumpkin scores 100, each apple 25, and every second under a minute and a half is a bonus point.

## How to play

1. Swipe, or press the arrow keys or WASD, to walk. Each move runs along the path to the next turn or crossing.
2. Pick up the three apples hidden in dead ends: 25 points each.
3. Reach the pumpkin for 100 points, plus a point for every second under 90. The clock starts with your first move.
4. Everyone gets the same maze each day, and a new one comes at midnight UTC.

## Tips

- Look ahead before you move: trace the way from the pumpkin back toward you.
- Apples sit in dead ends. Grab one on the way when the dead end is short.
- Each move runs to the next crossing, so a few moves cover a lot of the maze.
- Play once to learn the day's maze, then again for a faster time.

- **Hay runner** (gold, 60 coins): Score 230 points in one maze.
- **Maze master** (diamond, 150 coins): Finish 30 mazes. Earns the title "Maze Master".
