# Memory Match

## How to play

1. Tap a card to flip it, then a second card. A pair stays face up. Anything else turns back down. On a keyboard, arrows move and Space flips.
2. Clear the table. A second card that does not match is a miss. Fewer misses, inside the time, earns more stars.
3. Today's table is one layout for everyone. The first clear of the day grows your streak. Practice opens a larger table after four clears.
4. With a friend, take turns on one phone. A pair lets you go again. Whoever finds more pairs wins the hand. Pause stops the clock.

## Tips

- Remember the card and the place. A pair you have already seen is free.
- The first card is never a miss. Only a second card that does not match counts.
- Take a pair you know, or leave it until it is the one you need.
- Three stars means the miss line and the time. Extra misses still clear the table.

### Is it free?

Yes. It is free in the browser, with no download and no sign-up needed. Coins are for fun and can never be bought.

### Is today's table the same for everyone?

Yes. Today's table is one layout of ten pairs, from the date. Practice tables are your own, and they get larger as you clear them.

### What earns three stars?

Clear the table inside the miss line and the time for that size. Extra misses still clear it, for one star. Pause stops the clock.

### Can I play on a phone?

Yes. Tap a card to flip it. Flip sits under the table, so it never covers a card.

- **Ten pairs** (silver, 40 coins): Clear a table of ten pairs.
- **Twelve pairs** (gold, 60 coins): Clear a table of twelve pairs.
- **Forty tables** (gold, 80 coins): Clear 40 tables.
- **A full month** (gold, 120 coins): Keep a 30-day streak.
- **Ten sharp** (gold, 80 coins): Clear 10 tables inside the miss line and the time.
- **Two hundred** (diamond, 200 coins): Clear 200 tables.
- **Pair Captain** (diamond, 300 coins): Keep a 100-day streak. Earns the title "Pair Captain".
