# Mini Mud Cup

> Race tiny buggies and monster trucks over dirt, ramps and puddles, then upgrade between races.

Four trucks line up on a muddy track seen from above: you and three rivals with their own driving styles. Steer with your thumb, grab item crates for a boost, a shield, a spring or a blob of goo to splat the truck ahead, scoop up bolts for cash, and fly off ramps for a smooth landing. Win bolts to upgrade your motor, tires, battery and suspension, buy new trucks, and work your way through seven cups of four races each. Every track has bronze, silver, gold and platinum lap medals to chase, and there is a new Daily Dash track every day.

## How to play

1. Touch and drag on the left side of the screen to steer: your truck turns toward where your thumb points, in eight directions. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or WASD.
2. Auto-gas keeps you moving, so you only steer. Hold the brake button (or Z) to slow down; you can turn auto-gas off in the menu to use a gas button instead.
3. Drive through a crate to pick up an item, then tap the item button (or press Space): a boost, goo to splat the truck ahead, a shield or a spring. Bolts on the track are cash.
4. Finish a cup of four races in the top three to open the next cup. Spend bolts in the garage on upgrades and new trucks, and chase lap medals and the Daily Dash.

## Tips

- Cut the corners: the whole dirt road is yours, so aim for the inside of every bend and let the truck slide a little.
- Line up with a ramp and keep your nose pointing down the road before you land. A straight landing gives you a free boost.
- Steer around puddles and rocks, but never skip the bolts and item crates: bolts are cash and a boost can win a race.
- Hold your item when you are in front and use it when a rival is close. Goo needs a rival just ahead, and a shield saves you from one splat.
- Early on, spend bolts on tires. Better grip makes every turn faster and makes the bronze and silver medals easy.

### Is it free?

Yes. It's free to play in your browser, with no download and no sign-up. Bolts are only for the game's garage, and the coins you earn can never be bought.

### How do I steer on a phone?

Touch and drag on the left side of the screen. The truck turns toward where your thumb points, in eight directions, and the item and brake buttons sit under your other thumb.

### Does it play the same with a keyboard?

Yes. The arrow keys or WASD steer in the same eight directions at the same turn speed, Space uses an item and Z brakes. Every way of playing has the same top speed.

### What are the medals?

Each track has bronze, silver, gold and platinum medals for your fastest lap. Bronze is a clean lap in the starter truck; platinum needs a fully upgraded top truck and a near-perfect lap.

### Is there a new track every day?

Yes. The Daily Dash is one track a day, the same for everyone, with a new twist like bumps, puddles or jumps. Finish in the top three to earn a bonus and build your streak.

- **Sprout champ** (bronze, 15 coins): Clear the Sprout Cup by finishing in the top three.
- **Tuned up** (silver, 25 coins): Buy 12 upgrades in the garage.

- **Daily driver** (silver, 40 coins): Finish the Daily Dash in the top three seven days in a row.
- **Gold lane** (silver, 35 coins): Earn a gold lap medal on all four tracks of one cup.
- **Fresh coat** (silver, 35 coins): Win 40 races in one truck to unlock all of its paints.
- **Mud regular** (silver, 30 coins): Finish 100 races.
- **Secret achievement** (silver, 40 coins): Keep playing to find it.
- **Full garage** (gold, 60 coins): Own all ten trucks.
- **Gold rush** (gold, 60 coins): Earn a gold lap medal on 10 tracks.
- **Mega champ** (gold, 80 coins): Clear the Mega Cup, the seventh and last.
- **Secret achievement** (gold, 60 coins): Keep playing to find it.

- **Gold mine** (gold, 70 coins): Earn a gold lap medal on 20 tracks.
- **Shiny five** (gold, 70 coins): Earn a platinum lap medal on 5 tracks.

- **Cup legend** (diamond, 200 coins): Win 250 races. Earns the title "Cup Legend".
- **Platinum plated** (diamond, 200 coins): Earn a platinum lap medal on all 28 tracks. Earns the title "Platinum Driver".
- **Mud marathon** (diamond, 150 coins): Finish 500 races. Earns the title "Marathon Driver".
