# Petal Pairs

> Match the flower pairs and watch the whole garden bloom.

Link two of the same bloom when a path of two turns runs between them, through empty cells and around the edge. Today's garden is one bed for everyone. Larger beds open as you clear them.

## How to play

1. Tap a bloom, then its match. A path may turn twice, through empty cells and around the edge. On a keyboard, arrows move and Space picks.
2. A pair that connects leaves the bed. A second bloom with no path is a miss. Hint marks a pair and counts as a miss. Undo puts the last pair back.
3. Clear the bed. Fewer misses, inside the time, earns more stars. Pause stops the clock.
4. Today's garden is one bed for everyone. The first clear of the day grows your streak. Practice opens a larger bed after four clears.

## Tips

- A path may turn twice. The edge around the bed counts as empty.
- Take a pair that opens a wall, and leave a pair that still has a way out.
- Hint marks one pair and counts as a miss. It does not remove the blooms.
- Undo puts the last pair back. The miss stays.

### Is it free?

Yes. It is free in the browser, with no download and no sign-up needed. Coins are for fun and can never be bought.

### Is today's garden the same for everyone?

Yes. Today's garden is one bed of eighteen pairs, from the date. Practice beds are your own, and they get larger as you clear them.

### What earns three stars?

Clear the bed inside the miss line and the time for that size. Extra misses still clear it, for one star. A hint counts as a miss. Pause stops the clock.

### Can I play on a phone?

Yes. Tap a bloom, then its match. Hint and Undo sit under the bed, so they never cover a bloom.

- **The garden** (silver, 40 coins): Clear a garden of eighteen pairs.
- **The meadow** (silver, 60 coins): Clear a meadow of twenty-four pairs.
- **Forty beds** (gold, 80 coins): Clear 40 beds.
- **A month of gardens** (gold, 120 coins): Keep a 30-day streak.
- **Ten clean** (gold, 80 coins): Clear 10 beds inside the miss line and the time.
- **Two hundred** (diamond, 200 coins): Clear 200 beds.
- **Garden Keeper** (diamond, 300 coins): Keep a 100-day streak. Earns the title "Garden Keeper".
