You are the snake: it wears your character's face and your outfit's colors. Steer around a tiled garden, and every berry you gobble makes you one segment longer, so the trick is planning a route that leaves room to turn. Runs are short, and every new best is a small victory you can chase again in seconds.

## How to play

1. Turn with the arrow buttons under the garden, a swipe, or the arrow keys. A button or a swipe turns the moment your finger lands or moves. Pick the buttons' layout with the Buttons switch on the start, pause or game over card: a D-pad in the center, on the left or on the right, buttons for two hands, or none. Your choice is saved.
2. Eat the pink berry to score a point and grow one segment longer.
3. Stay inside the garden and never run into your own tail.
4. Your best score is saved in this browser, so try to beat it next run.

## Tips

- Plan a route that leaves room to turn. A long snake traps itself in corners.
- Sweep the garden in rows, back and forth, once you're long: it keeps your tail out of the way.
- Don't chase a berry straight into a tight spot. Go around and come in with space behind you.
- On a phone, try the button layouts. A D-pad on the side your thumb rests is the fastest for most people.
