Pull up a chair at the Card Café. Your character sits at a little table with a mug of cocoa, thinks along with you when you're stuck, and cheers every card you send home. Build each suit from Ace to King, turn the deck one card or three at a time, and undo any slip. Once every card is face up, the game finishes itself.

How to play

  1. Move a card onto one a rank higher in the other color, like a red 6 on a black 7. Only a King can fill an empty pile, and runs of cards move together.
  2. Tap or click a card to send it to its best spot, home first, or drag it where you want it. A card at home can come back down the same way. Tap the deck to turn over more cards. Pick Draw 1 or Draw 3 on the start card, and your choice is saved.
  3. Keys work too: the arrows or Tab pick a card, Enter sends it to its best spot, Space picks it up to place yourself, U undoes and N deals again.
  4. Every card home at the end scores 10 points, and a win adds a speed bonus: the quicker the win, the bigger the bonus.

Every way to play is equal here: touch, mouse and keyboard all move at the same top speed, so scores are fair whichever device you use.

Tips

  • Turn over face-down cards first, starting with the tallest piles: those hidden cards are what block a win.
  • Don't empty a pile unless a King is ready to move into it. An empty pile only takes a King.
  • Hold back from sending low cards home too early when a pile still needs them to build down.
  • Stuck? Undo is free, so try a different move and see where it leads.

Questions

Yes. Undo as many moves as you like, or press U on a keyboard.
